About Us

Reducing domestic abuse

At Interventions Alliance, part of the employee-owned Seetec Group, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to build a better future.

We combine our knowledge, skills and talents across sectors to establish services and interventions that overcome the barriers holding people back.

Using our experience in an evidence-led approach, we collaborate with organisations to confront challenges and address long-term issues that have previously prevented progress.

We give equal importance to delivering services focused on prevention, as well as those aiding rehabilitation, so everyone has an opportunity to fulfil their potential.

Our approach is unique, using our research base and experience to design and innovate new interventions that address areas of critical need.

We don’t sit back and accept that standardised approaches are the best solution, nor do we wait to react to a new area of demand. By working proactively, we aim to transform provision across the justice and social care sectors.

The Seetec Group values

Benefiting Communities

We believe all organisations have a responsibility to the societies and communities they serve. As a Disability Confident organisation, we’re committed to tackling inequality of opportunity and increasing disability employment levels. Dedicated to building local supply chains, we have managed hundreds of community projects that improve rural and urban environments. We help SMEs to flourish, create jobs through our social enterprises and help people set up their own business.

Investing in People

Our people are our greatest asset. Their expertise and passion allow us to make a positive impact on the customers and communities we serve. To support this, we lead by example and invest in the development, health and wellbeing of our employees. Through the comprehensive training we provide, we’ve achieved Investors in People Gold Standard, IiP Health and Wellbeing accreditation and are developing a range of apprenticeship standards.

TRANSPARENT & ACCOUNTABLE SERVICES

We are an employee-owned, for-profit organisation that delivers public services which benefit people and communities and support local social value policies. By voluntarily adopting higher standards of transparency, accountability and performance, we aspire to a better way of doing business and believe for-profit, employee-owned companies can be a force for positive social change.

Positive Environmental Impact

We go beyond our ISO 14001 commitments to continually assess and reduce the environmental impact of our services. We support community groups, encourage community participation and work with local authorities and environmental organisations to maintain and improve local environments, from woodlands to roundabouts and community centres to furniture re-use networks.
